Keeping You Animated Branding

Breana Navickas approached me to create the branding and logo for a new podcast she was developing with her co-host and co-founder, Way Singleton, called "Keeping You Animated." The goal of the podcast is to empower, educate, and connect Black artists pursuing careers in animation. Using their inspiration of the aesthetic of 90s Black sitcom logos, I quickly designed several renditions that captured this look while incorporating elements related to animation by added 'lines' around the text and opting for a playful font treatment. Additionally, the abbreviated form of "KYA!" nods to anime culture.
